Simon Longhurst

Whitehead Monckton is one of the largest law firms in Kent with offices in Canterbury, London, Maidstone and Tenterden. Our experienced legal team provides a comprehensive range of services to both business and individual clients in practice areas including commercial transactions, property, employment, family, estate planning and wills and probate. We have developed expertise in the following areas: education, rural (including equine), charity, property development and leisure, enabling us to provide comprehensive support to clients in these sectors. My primary role is to ensure that the firm works as efficiently and effectively as possible and continues to build on its reputation for excellence. As a member of the Executive Board, I have responsibility for driving the development and implementation of our long range strategy and plans. My role has overall responsibility for the business support functions and I am assisted in this task by experienced and dedicated Heads of Business Development, Finance, HR, IT, Premises Management and Risk Management and Compliance.
