I performed multiple roles in Citibank India. I started off as a seller of wealth management products to the mass affluent section of the bank's customer and progressed to become the team leader of this group within a period of 6 months after commencement. I moved on to the mortgages division and led a team of sellers who were selling home and personal mortgage products. My last stint in Citibank was in branch operations where i handled the branch operations for one of the suburban branches in Mumbai.
