• Manage fundraising events for our charity partners - including both traditional firm events and new ideas, such as a month-long exercise campaign in collaboration with Nuffield Health • Work closely with the Inclusion and Diversity team to deliver the firm’s flagship social mobility work experience programme, Career Kick Start • Facilitate pro bono projects, including recruiting volunteers and overseeing the schemes throughout their duration • Produce a variety of internal communications, including firm-wide emails and our brand-new CR newsletter • Administer financial processes, including the payment of invoices, generating spreadsheets to monitor budgets/fundraising totals, and managing online fundraising pages • Create promotional materials for events and opportunities, including posters, websites, and digital screen art • Rebrand CR programmes that require updating to ensure stakeholder engagement • Liaise with colleagues across the firm, and charities, to plan team volunteering opportunities
