1. Transition Phase from NPI to sustaining - Prepare and conduct negotiation assigned the lead time according to the strategy developed with Global Lead Time management: work closely with the EM to establish and implement into the process. - ·Liaise with NPI team to ensure the system are ready for the revernue orders. 2. Day-to- Day order Handling. - Conducts reviews with key suppliers regarding performance vs pre-agreed standards follow up with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time which the lead time was set up. - Update Oracle system with prices by quarter basis. - Manage inventory for testing item and any customer returns (active, Open box, DOA) - Update customer backlog management in relation to direct shipments both pulled in and pushed out case. - Handle the daily order to places PO for the commercial orders of direct shipment around the world, to create PR/PO for the expense which support the commercial orders (such as, overtime, rework, de-kits, premium change from material... etc) and create WO for the testing and outside rework in related the responsibility items. - Liaise with Transporter and Marketing team to ensure material arrives in house and with around the world customers on time. 3. Developing and Assisting for management. - Assists in preparing monthly procurement performance status reports Supports Global backlog management in the compilation of weekly procurement performance status reports - Assists in preparing monthly procurement performance status reports Supports Global backlog management in the compilation of weekly procurement performance status reports - Assists material supply management by conducting supplier planner administrator report assists the material supply management in articulating report and meeting on key supply are the main gating component. provide the suggestion to protect future issue. - Any other duties as requested by the Material Supply Manager.

1. Business Partnership and Coordinator role for WT related issue - Handle 3-4 accounts of customers (BL/BU). Work as a first contact channel for wafer test related issue: - Provide necessary information to stakeholders to keep the NXP’s supply chain running smoothly. - Create an understanding among stakeholders regarding the procedure and process of WT operation. - Support their request and solve wafer test related problems. 2. Day-to- Day WT order Handling. - Take care of order handling for the assigned WT order accounts. - Release production order. Monitor order due date and provide confirmation and reconfirmation on a daily basis. - Do pull-in / push-out the wafer orders upon the request by customers. - Manage daily scheduling for production to execute - Manage order kick-out and expedite internal ECN process. - Check Master Data and Co-ordinate with related function to solve the problem relate to WT order. - Set and control Future / Concession hold or any special request relates to order handling. 3. Production planning and order fulfillment. - Manage and balance loading within the available capacity. Review STTP capacity against actual orders and incoming wafers. - Co-ordinate with WT production team. Create a plan to fulfillment for customers.. - Provide analysis data of production plan to BE planner and Business partnership for better alignment of the whole supply chain.
