At the Swiss Mountain Clinic, we specialize ourselves in understanding the root cause of your condition using a holistic, functional and biological approach before starting the therapy program (a.k.a. regulative medicine). The clinic has more than 25 spacious and modern rooms and gluten-free, organic meals, which, combined with biological therapies, is the basis for successful healing. We have 30+ years of experience, caring staff, 60+ diagnostics and therapies as well as unique, all-encompassing in-patient concept. Our goal is to help and support patients from 70+ countries around the globe, no matter where they are in their health journey. Responsibilities: • Manage the Health Management Team (3 employees) from the first point of contact with a potential lead (via phone, email or in-person) to the confirmation of their stay incl. necessary documentation and planning of therapies for German-, English-, French- and Italian-speaking patients • Increase the awareness, interest and demand of the clinic through partnership marketing, i.e. strategize, develop and reach out to influencers, websites and partners • Lead the organization and communication for group retreats before, during and after their stay • Marketing: updated website, create content and support activities on social media, email and video • Management Team: provide solutions, improve processes, find efficiencies and support all teams incl. medical and administration
