Member, International Society of Sustainability Professionals For this academic project, I act with energetic entrepreneurial spirit and the vision that with my assistance, organizations of all sizes and the people that lead them will be armed with knowledge and passion for sustainable development, to support their own well-being in a world that increasingly demands a system of coexistence. My experience includes implementing a successful twelve-week sustainability project in a retail setting, in which I led the team to implement and sustain changes that improved inventory management, subsequently diverting waste to landfill and improving both customer experience and overall satisfaction. Results of the above project included: -improving (reducing) variance of system to visual outs by 119% -improving (increasing) the store's Net Promoter Score by 5.85% -improving (increasing) the productivity of inventory outs scanning by 1.71% My current project work includes learning to navigate the sustainability field and identify where I can have a positive impact. As my work continues, I aspire to continue growing professionally and personally as a leader in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
