The Xenon Group provide Training, Recruitment and Consultancy services to the Facilities Management sector. I head up Recruitment and work closely with the training team identifying opportunities for both individuals and businesses. I am a good person to speak to about your career in FM. I spend time developing relationships with businesses, working closely with them to find new talent and looking at training opportunities for onward development. Because of this, I have a really good understanding of the sector and the people who work within it. For me, there's nothing better than finding great people and connecting them to the right opportunities. It's essential to understand the needs of my clients and know what not only GOOD but AMAZING looks like to them and working to that standard.
