My Accomplishments: 🏆 Part of a team that Pioneered a product in the market that is still new and helped with the Operations aspect of it. 🏆 Optimized processes relating to foreign clients and the settlement process as part of a team with the different market players. 🏆 Developed a seamless way of onboarding clients, opening accounts and filing and scanning that resulted in increase in efficiency of cross-department communications with seamless movement of requests across departments.
