Worked directly under the lead UX Designer at a content cloud services firm. Designed wireframes and prototypes for various product initiatives and designed and built a full suite of in-app tutorials on important product workflows.

Contracted to redesign a new training and support experience for current customers of their ShowingDesk software. Compiled training materials already in use with new and updated videos and images to create step-­‐by-­‐step tutorials for the most commonly used features of ShowingDesk. Used Indigo Studio to design and prototype a clean, simple interface that will allow current customers to use ShowingDesk to the fullest potential, while maintaining the look and feel of the ShowingTime brand.

Responsible for collecting data directly from design team on updated mobile POS software design elements and flow. Created a database of the information collected for use by the engineering team in developing in-­store retail mobile applications.

Contracted to create a graphic design element incorporating the company’s logo in Adobe Photoshop. This image was used in an iPad arcade system to promote a leading IT Enterprise Solutions firm’s presentation for a Chicago based trade show.

Experience included utilizing Microsoft Outlook to maintain schedules, coordinated recruiting process using Microsoft Excel and organized documents for project management and execution. Work experience in industries includes architecture, confectionary products, human resources, law, marketing and public transportation.

Experience included managing the help desk and assisting clients with a wide range of technical problems and projects including video and sound editing in Audacity, Garage Band and iMovie, graphic design in Adobe Photoshop, class proposal editing, and administrative duties. Designed and built visual marketing for Meadows TechEffect including digital and print signage. Created album cover in Adobe Photoshop for a student and staff produced Holiday album.
