International ESG Management & Reporting • Support the development and execution of global ESG strategies, program plans, and workstreams aligned with organizational objectives and international sustainability standards. • Coordinate and manage international ESG initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global ESG frameworks and local regulatory requirements. • Lead and support ESG reporting activities in line with recognized global frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, UN SDGs, and CSRD (where applicable). • Manage ESG data collection, validation, and consolidation across international operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness. • Conduct ESG risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, integrating environmental, social, and governance risks into enterprise risk management processes. • Monitor ESG program performance, track KPIs, identify risks and gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Support ESG audits, assurance, and third-party verification processes, including documentation preparation, data validation, and stakeholder engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HR) to embed ESG considerations across business functions. • Prepare high-quality ESG disclosures, reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders. • Stay informed on emerging global ESG regulations, reporting standards, and best practices to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. • Facilitate effective coordination between ESG initiatives and broader business strategies to ensure alignment with long-term sustainability goals. • Ensure stakeholder engagement and sustainability initiatives are aligned with the organization’s global ESG strategy and performance targets.

Responsible for driving and supporting the development, implementation, and integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across all regions where the Group operates—including the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia. Key responsibilities include: • Monitoring and analyzing ESG performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance. • Designing and executing CSR programs and community investment strategies that align with AD Ports Group’s long-term sustainability vision. • Overseeing CSR financial planning, budgeting, and impact assessments to ensure responsible and transparent fund allocation. • Contributing to operational sustainability initiatives across key business domains including ports, logistics, maritime, and free zones. • Supporting enterprise-wide ESG risk management, including identification of material risks and opportunities, and developing mitigation strategies. • Facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagement to enhance awareness, transparency, and alignment on sustainability goals. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG best practices into business operations and reporting systems.

As a member of the Irpin Reconstruction Summit team, my primary responsibilities involve conducting comprehensive policy analysis and actively contributing to the development of policy papers aimed at facilitating the reconstruction efforts in Irpin. In my role as a global stakeholder, I closely collaborate with youth representatives in Ukraine, harnessing their insights and perspectives to shape our policy recommendations. My contributions are dedicated to addressing the diverse needs of the community and fostering inclusive decision-making processes throughout the reconstruction journey.
