Srikanth Jadcherla's current jobs
Following up on the world of mobile ECGs, I am excited to have been working on the most prevalent disease on the planet - Hypertension. What started as a collaboration with iMedrix is now an independent venture with astounding progress and results. Stay tuned, for more on wearables in the blood pressure management space!
I started this to provide access to high quality engineering education to all corners of India at an affordable price. Started small in Nandyal, rural India and now we are a full fledged university. Today, many Tier I companies hire from our programs and Tier I universities in US/India work with us. The Digital Hybrid model of delivery and Adaptation of 2DBT for engineering education model are now reference models used by the IITs and the Indian Electronics and Semiconductor Association. This is one of the few successful digital hybrid degree granting models in the world. So far, it has been a great journey - we are the pioneers of engineering education reform in India. I have never been so through such tremendous highs and lows in my life. Seer Akademi is now expanding in the US as an independent University (Global University of Engineering). In short, we have proved that Washington Accord/Bloom's taxonomy works well in India, advanced engineering courses can be delivered in a hybrid online/local model and built India's most advanced VLSI design laboratory. The tremendous social outcomes are what keeps us going. On the other hand, the barriers we run into seem insurmountable and it takes a tremendous draw of energy everyday to keep our focus on the mission. We are also recording ~40 courses over the next couple of years for the IIT Madras/NPTEL project. These will be available to everyone online. I continue to develop and teach courses on Advanced Computer Architecture, IOT and Low Power Design and research the next frontier of low power design. Afforable, accessible health care is now a passion for me. I have finally found a direct use for my skills in low power design. We are currently incubating multiple ideas in the healthcare, analytics , socialization and education space. Last, but not least, this has been possible only due to the tremendous support and capabilities of my wife and our COO, Radhika Jadcherla
Srikanth Jadcherla's past jobs
My expertise in mobile, low power systems is now saving lives. Born out of my IOT research, iMedrix is a pioneer in cloud connected, IOT medical devices, now leading the world in Mobile Cardiology. Medical is the New Mobile(TM). Our product, KardioScreen, is the first India designed product in Cardiology to receive FDA clearance. We have served over 250,000 patients in 17 countries so far. Our major customers are Medtech, Pharma and Insurance giants, making us one of the fastest growing mobile cardiology solutions. Of particular note is our project with AIIMS-ICMR (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dp74Qx9-8y8) that saves lives of STEMI patients everyday. iMedrix currently makes mobile ECG devices and AI engines. iMedrix's mobile ECG solution has reduced the cost of heart disease screening by 10x and enables access for 100s of millions of people.
Defining next generation low power verification. Developing concepts such as software driven verification and power analysis, UPF generation, Island Ordering, Connected Control Cost functions (IOT), Outbound Power Management and In system verification.
Ran the Low Power Verification unit - deployed Low Power tools from Archpro to all the major semiconductor developers worldwide - ran the campaign and often spokesperson for Synopsys Low Power flow. These products are now the dominant low power verification products for SOC design.
Built a whole new way of representing boolean equations in CMOS logic for low power designs - developed and introduced Three industry 1st products. Archpro obtained investment from Intel Capital, Entrepia and Sage. It was acquired by Synopsys in 2007. The pioneering work done at Archpro in creating Voltage Aware Booleans and Verification solutions is used in all modern SOC designs.

Supported Customers on deploying Design Compiler, Physical Compiler and PrimeTime. Lead Applications Engineer for Agilent PreSales Team.
Worked on the front end Design and Verification of SONET framer interface.
Pentium II Circuit Design. Low Power Research resulting in an Intel Achievement Award. Taped out mobile chipsets and architected mobile platform features. 2 Divisional Recognition Awards. Most of my early pioneering work on low power was done in this period, including working on the 1st gate level power analysis methodology (DRA) and writing the 1st platform power management spec for workstations and servers. Much of my work is still in use today!
