1. I worked on one of the acquisition projects of Aurobindo Pharma USA. 2. Job tasks include the understanding of the whole business processes like the order to cash, procure to pay, manufacturing, warehouse logistics and acting as a liaison between other departments and IT department. 3. I collaborated with the manufacturing, supply chain, quality Assurance, regulatory affairs, commercial sales, finance departments to come up with priority activities list for Aurobindo during and after TSA (Transition Service Agreement) period to assess associated risks and the risk mitigation plans for the activities. 4. I coordinated with our consultants to work with the acquiree company’s business and IT teams regarding the data conversion templates and uploading into the Aurobindo’s ERP system. 5. I kept track of all the required documentation and project related activities for this acquisition project using different tools and was responsible for their timelines. I was also a part of a team which worked with product SMEs of the acquired company in documenting products’ critical information.
1. A business case study was written on an aquafeed company called Growel Feeds Private Limited, India 2. Comprehensive research was done on its competitors’ EBITDA, products, strategic partnerships and Integration. 3. Few KPI's like product pricing, operational profitability, historic revenue, sales volume, revenue by product and geography for the past four years from 2014 to 2018 (proposed) were plotted and trends were observed. 4. Porter's five forces analysis was done and management strategies on capacity expansion, Innovation and differentiation, sustainability, and integrated operations were incorporated in the case study. The case study is yet to get approved. 5. Worked on revamping EDX online course “Strategy and Sustainable enterprise.” This course is about understanding stakeholder management, non-market environment, crisis management and how to include sustainability strategies into main corporate strategies. Few corrections and suggestions were made and incorporated into the coursework.
1. In this project, I worked on simulating Rutgers student center which has restaurants, convenience store, ATM's printing area, and conference halls. Using Arena software, we did output analysis to estimate average waiting time and the average number of customers in queue. 2. We also did demand management model for the convenience store to see the number of customers lost and came up with few recommendations.
1. In this Bio Extrusion 3D printing method, we analyzed how printing parameters like print speed, nozzle diameter, and shear stress affect the accuracy of 3-D printing. 2. Using regression analysis, we came up with a correlation and also performed K cross-validation to check the correlation.
1. I led a team of three people to create different investigation bots to the manila, Philippines team to identify different kinds of financial trade checks and other secondary investigations. 2. These bots were successfully integrated into the master bot for the manila division. 3. A bot for the mainframe to mainframe process, which is a backend process that maintains the details of the clients was also created and successfully integrated into the system for the backend offices.
1. A study on key levers to cost optimization and study on supply chain was done under the supervision of CFO. 2. Understanding the whole process flow of the plant and major manufacturing machinery used in the plant and the also cost components of the supply chain, operational efficiency and working capital were analyzed. 3. Comprehensive study on the supply chain of this company which includes inventory forecasting, seasonal pricing, vendor relations, different distribution channels, and discount structures was done and submitted a report to the CFO.
