By passion, I carry out travel coordination activities for the italian Tour Operator "Avventure nel Mondo". I deal with the detailed definition of the travel itinerary, to contact the local tour operators, to provide participants with all the information they need before leaving, to involve the group in travel activities (excursions, trek, travel with public transport, night solutions, etc.). I'm are the group's reference during the trip, I coordinate the activities and the choices, I manage the possible conflicts. I never have holidays, but travels. I do not pack to put a flag on the globe, but to know and exchange knowledge. I'was a member of the "Consulting & Solutions" Team, the KFI working group specifically dedicated to the study and implementation of high-tech efficiency projects in the logistics and supply chain area. I carried out consultancy activities with companies that need a specific study to identify efficiency scenarios in their logistics and supply chain processes. In collaboration with the other members of the Team, I dealed with the construction of the solution by selecting, experimenting and applying new processes and new identification and tracking technologies (RFiD, RTLS, augmented reality, BLE, etc ...). I was also following the ongoing change project in KFI, aimed at placing the Company on new business prospects with a higher content of skills. I worked togheter with the sales function on the solution offering, ROI and risk evaluation
I was member of some work teams at Alfaproject, in business consulting projects on the issue of reengineering of business processes. Together we worked in naval maintenance logistics, intralogistics to serve production lines, returns management, implementing efficiency projects supported by customized software solutions.
Technical consultancy in the insurance sector (RCO, RCT, Theft, Fire)
As a freelancer, I worked as a business consultant, dealing in particular with: - analysis and reengineering of logistics processes (from inbound to intralogistics to production, outbound, reverse logistic) - study and implementation of software solutions for the tracking of company logistics processes - efficiency and control of company logistics processes (Lean Logistic). Thanks to previous work experience, I have constantly integrated my consulting activities on the following issues: - safety in the workplace - risk assessment (I have covered the role of external RSPP; specific issues concerning safety in the workplace, - legal partisan technical consultancy, - technical advice for the insurance sector (Fire, RCT, RCO, RC products) - process consulting for ISO 9000 quality certification
