We encourage others to hold each other accountable to show up for class, which builds relationships and friendships within our community. The fundamentals of fitness are important for both adults and kids. Getting kids moving and learning is needed. With P.E. budgets being cut, kids need to move their bodies more throughout the day. Cognitive strength is just as important as physical strength. Our Elfiefit curriculum is fundamental in combing both fitness and STEM, making movement and learning fun. Adults can set examples and teach kids how to live healthy active lifestyles. Fitness can and should be fun! Enjoy and reap the benefits from all angles.
