— Provides strategic guidance and communication consultation to SVP—Financial Services, Joe Monk, on all communication strategies and tactics for audiences including enterprise, agency, financial services (Life, Health & Investment Planning Services) employees and board. I have supported Joe in a number of videos, a variety of announcements, communications, and digital engagements, and in 16+ events—including National Agency Convention, an event occurring every four years with an audience of more than 20K State Farm Agents, employees, and families. — Refreshed Joe’s executive visibility plan with significant updates to his Listening Sessions, currently updating his Telepresence sessions, and in development of new initiatives including Functional Visits and opt-in focus groups. — Develops messaging for events including Sales Leader Study Groups, Market Area Executives, LHIPS employees and scripts for videos including introduction to IPS future state and Career Understanding for agency recruitment. — Collects and leverages LHIPS employee data to inform and adjust communication strategies and tactics from Joe. — Works closely with other PA communicators supporting LHIPS and the LHIPS executive team.
