I was responsible for finding, tracking and correcting errors in daily payment batches up to 1 million dollars in total payments. I was responsible for the tracking, investigating and correcting of all matter errors from four active business units for auto matter creation. I personally facilitated the setup all new vender and non-vender law firms for use by the BB&T Legal Department during two branch mergers.negotiated legal fees and discounts offered to BB&T Legal department by outside law firms and trained new law firms and gave ongoing support on the submission of their legal invoices either through LEDES files or manual entry. I worked on several interdepartmental projects ensuring data integrity, date security and governmental compliance.
