General Manager for North American Operations. Developed ASP.NET MVC web app in Azure Cloud and Angular to run business: web app tracks and processes sales orders, purchase orders, mange ISO documentation and processes, work orders, non-conforming material, incoming inspection, product development and a portal to allow customers to see real time updates on orders, shipments and in-transit product. Increased Sales by an average of 16% a year and drove consistent year-over-year operational and purchasing productivity. Led and completed the North American business model conversion from solely distribution to manufacturing and distribution. Successfully led from concept-to-completion the ISO 9001:2015 certification initiative: received ISO certification in May 2018. Drive product development initiatives with our sister plant in China. Support Sales’ activities and oversee project management team bringing new product development initiatives.
