Stephen Greenwood

Stephen is the Founder, Director and Owner of Valloop. This is a specialist SME asset manager and corporate investment director. Outputs from the think tank period was consolidated by this fund manager in the formation of the Valloop Fund in April 2015. Stephen co-led the operation which took the Valloop Fund through its launch in September 2015 to all performance milestones over the preceding five years to 2020. Stephen has been fundamental in the creation of this single Private Markets fund in which Investors can obtain blended returns from all six underlying investment products. Stephen designed the six products including the SME Private Debt, Asset Finance, Working Capital, SME Commercial Mortgage, SME Private Equity and the Valloop Deferred Consideration Surety guarantee. Share value has consistently grown over a five-year period from 1,000 per participating share to 2,037 with 58% of the growth is attributable to Stephens financial engineering of the SME capital structuring. Stephen's main arears of interest are SME financial engineering, systematic investment risk management, Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance integration into the SME portfolio and education on the investment thesis to institutions, asset managers and wealth advisors.
