While working closely with materials to C-level negotiators in both Hospital and buying groups, I managed Stryker Spine's contracts and pricing for 15 Midwestern states (seventeen mangers, over 100 reps). I was responsible for multiple national and local IDN/GPO's (to include Trinity Health, Catholic Health Initiatives, HCA, and Intermountain Healthcare). I managed our National Government accounts to include VA's, DOD contracts and our third party contractor. Working closely with our legal team to draft, negotiate and implement contracts. I also worked closely with the other divisions of Stryker to collaborate, implement and launch new cross-divisional programs. Presidents Sales Club recipient in 2015. 107% Quota achiever in 2015.
Grew from four to a sales team of Nine quota achieving sales representatives. Grew our branches sales by 320% over time with $4,800,000 in new growth. Responsible for P&L.
