As the General Manager at ACE Lifts, my duties and responsibilities include a hands-on approach to all aspects of office administration and customer services. I’m passionate about our service provision for all aspects of lift installation, bespoke lifts, lift servicing, lift repairs and our unique patent pending i-COM remote monitoring system. I am also heavily involved in logistics and project management. ACE Lifts have an outstanding work force of highly experienced lift installation and lift servicing staff. Every individual lift servicing and escalator engineer has been highly trained to ensure our quality control systems surpass the highest standards available in the UK. As the General Manager, it is important to me to ensure we continuously Inspire confidence in our bespoke lifts and lift repairs clients and customers. As such we are full members of LEIA and we maintain full schedule 12 accreditation. Our ISO 9000:2000 accreditation further inspires confidence in our quality assurance systems. Throughout my extensive career in the bespoke lifts and lift installation sectors I have worked my way up from the ground floor to my current position as the General Manager. I have gained vast hands-on experience as an escalator engineer working on lift servicing, lift repairs and lift installation and the design of bespoke lifts. Many of our ‘Blue Chip’ clients gain lots of added value by consulting with me about their queries about our bespoke lifts, lift servicing, lift repairs and our i-COM remote monitoring service. My years of experience often leads clients into making more informed buying decisions when it comes to negotiating their lift maintenance and lift servicing contracts.
