Reporting directly to the Managing Director, responsible for managing, maintaining and improving the existing Integrated Management System in accordance with relevant standards and regulations and the stringent customer requirements from Capula core markets. Responsible for managing the quality, environment, and safety & health assurance team; managing, maintaining and improving all security and safety system requirements that the company is required to comply with at Capula offices, manufacturing facilities and customers sites; ensuring relevant regulations and standards are adhered to; preparing and analysing reports for board meetings and contributing to and developing business plans, policies, strategies and objectives to ensure continual system improvement and effectiveness.

A Senior Manager and advisor to the Board of Directors for the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and Facilities arrangements ensuring that all legal compliance and accreditation standards for ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental, OHSAS18001 Health & Safety continue to be met. ISO27001 Lead Auditor for Information Security. Line Manager of the Companys Administration Department

Reporting to the Managing Director for the company’s daily performance including Leadership and People Development, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Capacity management, Health Safety and Environmental, Process Improvement and Operational Leadership.

Reporting to the National Director and Board of Directors for the company’s Containment, Rework, Pre Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance activities at a Major Automotive OEM within the UK.

Operated and managed in numerous theatres and locations around the world managing multiple departments with both permanent and temporary military and civilian staff. Managed, implemented and coordinated all planned project work including scheduling and maintenance; inspection, repair and modification; servicing of light to heavy engineering equipment. Managed, identified and conducted training, developing a strategy and commitment for professional development (CPD) of staff within the organisation. Facilities Manager responsible for vehicle maintenance engineering decisions in addition to overseeing Heath & Safety, quality and environmental aspects through effective monitoring and control techniques Integral part of the organisations ISO9001 accreditation in the additional role as Quality Systems Manager.
