Alpha Ten Technologies Inc. is a company with a diverse range of skills. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we have performed on multiple contracts for public and private sector clients. Our client list includes: • Department of Defense (DoD): US Marine Corps, US Navy • State Government: College of Eastern Idaho, Idaho Dept of Health and Welfare • Commercial: SDG&E (a Sempra Company), Shell Energies North America We offer a wide-ranging list of services, including; call-center support operations, network operations, data analytics, engineering support, plant security. As the primary business developer and operations manager, I have been deeply involved in each of these projects. As the business developer I have been responsible for drafting and submitting the technical and costing proposals, developing a staffing plan and conducting liaison with the contracting officer. As the operations manager I ensured flawless execution of the contract task list, provided timely reports to the government and submitted invoices through the Wide Area Workflow system. In addition to the above, I serve as the company’s Facility Security Officer, maintaining eFCL records and personnel security files/qualifications.
