A member of the senior Executive team which agrees on all company direction, strategies and budget setting. Current President of the Australian Industrial Truck Association (AITA). A position held for the past 2 years.
Managed all Branch and Dealer network relationships Australia wide. Full P&L responsibility for all Sales, Service and Rental functions within the business. I was the primary contact with our overseas suppliers (Nissan Forklifts (Japan), SMV (Sweden), Raymond (USA) and Atlet (Sweden). Was instrumental in the buyout of Atlet by Nissan to increase their range of products and in particular battery electric warehouse equipment. Fully involved in budget setting and attainment.
Managed all dealership functions including the sale of new and used Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles including spare parts and service operations. Worked directly for the owner/MD as his 2IC.
