Steve Wiltshire

Steve took up the role of Chairman at HoldenCAPITAL in July of 2014. With over 37 years experience in Property Investment Banking, Steve provides the group's clientele with the benefit of his expertise in project and Joint Venture funding as well as drawing on his extensive experience of over 12 years as a Company Director charged with controlling bank equity invested in Joint Venture projects across all sectors. All this provides him with a unique and deep appreciation of the day to day issues facing developers across all facets of development and enables him to draw on that experience to provide insight into solutions designed to achieve profitable as well as “bankable” outcomes. Steve achieves this by assisting HoldenCAPITAL'S team of experienced development finance experts with appropriate financial structuring advice in respect of their client transactions to ensure that they are meeting the expectations of relevant lenders. In addition, he looks to ensure that clients are maximising the appropriate risk mitigation processes, capital usage and return on equity invested in the project. Steve also provides leadership and guidance to the HoldenCAPITAL team as they continue to develop as the pre-eminent Construction Finance consultancy business in Queensland and beyond.
