I started GR Venture Capital (GRVC) from a passion I have had since we sold some equity in our first business transaction. Since then, I have enjoyed learning the investment banking, M&A markets, and more importantly, I have found a love for talking with local business owners about their companies needs and future plans. GRVC was born for a passion to discover, understand and strategize with other start-up entrepreneurs and business owners. Our goal is to find a West Michigan Technology or Distribution business that has opportunity to grow with new leadership and/or strategy. We are mainly targeting retiring founders from lifestyle distribution businesses or an established start-up that needs more resources to grow.
