Senior Data Scientist for the Network Services & Engineering team with a primary focus on lead analytics and reporting for MasterCard's 3000+ Site Customer Network, as well as presenting data and demoing new tools to 100+ engineers & management. Operates as a liaison between engineers and senior management to implement analytics that follow departmental best practices and drive progress. Designs and implements tools across the network to automate existing processes and increase efficiencies by saving Mastercard's Network Engineers thousands of hours in project tracking, designing executive-level dashboards and driving reporting on key project initiatives such as Next-Generation site upgrades and innovative network architecture. Utilizing tools such as DOMO, Python, SQL, Alteryx and Sharepoint to create ETL automations and drive dashboard analytics. Created C-level KPI reporting and analytics in order to track initiative progress as it relates to hardware and software upgrades of routers, firewalls, switches and servers etc. across multiple data sources. One of the main process owners for Mastercard's master device database maintenance and cleanup efforts.
