Stewart Flink

Dillon Capital, LLC (www.dilloncapitalllc.com) was formed in August of 1998 to both advise CEO's and invest its own capital in private placements of both private and public companies. Dillon was active from 1999-2001, and reactivated again in 2014 after fourteen years running two hedge funds. In January of 2000, Mr. Flink founded Crestview Capital Funds, where he was a managing member and Chief Investment Officer from 2000-2008. The funds focused on healthcare, technology and energy investments, with a focus on PIPE'S (private investment in public equity). Crestview peaked at $250 million of AUM in 2006, and the both the domestic and offshore funds were eventually wound down at the end of 2008 as investors redeemed their capital during the financial crisis. In January of 2009, Stewart founded Next View Capital focused on the micro and small cap sectors, with an emphasis toward private placements in public equities (PIPEs). Its main areas of concentration were healthcare, energy and mining. The fund was closed and liquidated in 2014. With over thirty years of investment experience at O'Connor (CBOE), Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns and Oppenheimer, Stewart has been involved in over 450 private transactions over the past 14 years, and has overseen total capital invested in excess of $800 million. In addition, he has experience as a hedge fund manager, money manager, and mentoring CEO's, as well as deep knowledge with respect to negotiated transactions for private companies and special situations.
