PSCo were acquired by Midwich Group PLC in April 2015, since the acquisition I have been able to focus on driving our rental and specialist display sales offering with the PSCo team of over 40 employees. Our rental portfolio has expanded in both product range and size with a growing account management and technical team to support. We have also focussed our specialism within the innovative display technology industry, and currently provide the latest Narrow Pixel Pitch (NPP) LED technology to the market, including distribution deals with Absen, Samsung, and the latest addition to the portfolio, Leyard.
While I held the position of CEO, I had many achievements, including: launching Nearly New AV - our division focused on offering partners the latest display technology with minimal usage, at a fraction of the cost if bought new; agreeing exclusive deals with Orion, Panasonic, Unicol, Absen, eyevis omniSHAPES, Smart Media Solutions AB (SMS); launched the PSCo Exclusives range targeting specific verticals with products which benefit them directly; and brought together over 400 guests at the exclusive Bulgari Hotel, Knightsbridge, for The Art of Digital retail event – a retail focus event that was ahead of its time. We also launched an industry first and opened the Reading Assessment Centre in October 2012 – the only facility of its kind in the UK where the most innovative visual technologies can be viewed and tested under one roof. We then successfully re-launched the centre in July 2013, welcoming our integration partners, consultants and users to meet with the team and discuss the latest display technologies.

While holding the position of Managing Director, I helped grow PSCo Ltd from 11 employees to 51, building a portfolio of display products featuring the most innovative technologies. I successfully built a strong, focussed and committed senior management team who understand the vision and are passionate about the strategy and achieving the company’s goals. PSCo Rental is a trade only supplier supporting the live events market, bringing the latest display technologies and services to the UK. The operational focus is to ensure that clients have products delivered in professional rental packages on time and with accessories that complement the hire to make installation on site as easy as possible. PSCo Technical Distribution focuses on taking the latest and most innovative display technology to market with accessories and services to support our vendors. Our in-house services include technology demonstrations, set-up and configuration, authorised repair centre and warranty extensions.
