SOS Children’s Villages works in 134 countries and territories to support vulnerable families and help children who have lost parental care or who risk losing parental care. Working with SOS Children’s Villages of India as a Program Coordinator –Youth in SOS Punjab & Uttar Pradesh Projects . The over all areas of work focus is on holistic development of children such as care, health and education, which is designed keeping in mind the best interest of child. Areas of expertise are as follows … • Excellent in communication and team working skills with ability to drive through challenges and work towards successful accomplishment of NGO objectives. • Good knowledge of the health and safety regulations with ability to work abiding the compliance. • Good negotiation skills, effective communicator and an ability to organize and complete work within deadlines. • Proactive in solving problems as well as coordinating with various departments such as Housekeeping, Security and Catering in order to meet objectives. • Experience of handling and resolving, adult issues and ill-treated poor children with development of child-care programs. • Proven track record of raising fund for the NGO and making sales & generating revenue for the companies even in tough times and successfully carrying out the activities. • Well versed with sending proposals, giving demos as well as order processing. • Experience in working with the government and various external stakeholders.
