 Design sectoral development plan for CSR, Skill development and Education sector involving all stakeholders.  Develop background reports, theme papers on different policy matters at state and regional level with analytical approach.  Design project proposals in consultation with governments, multilateral forums and other agencies.  Develop revenue plan and innovative source of revenue aligning with organization’s vision and the serving group.  Ensuring customer delight through zero-defect delivery in multi-location projects, events, seminars.  Promote department’s service for generating business by pitching for new assignments and projects.  Network with key business and government representative.
