Presently, I am accountable for leading and directing end-to-end operations spanning from CRM to stakeholder management for Kerela and Tamil Nadu programs. I have initiated the implementation of a Large-Scale Intervention (LSI), which aimed to impart entrepreneurial mindset and skills to 33000 students across 104 Govt ITIs in Kerala amidst Covid 19 outbreak. I have successfully leveraged Entrepreneurial Mindset Curriculum to the public by airing 10 episodes on Kite Victers Channel (owned by the State Government of Kerala). I have implemented the Shiksha Program and addressed issues independently. To add on, as a Project Management specialist, I have designed an institutionalized implementation strategy and achieved 100% success of a project. I have led two school projects involving 6000 students in collaboration with Malappuram District Panchayath and Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development. I have fostered relationships with mid-level officers in Industrial Training Department (ITD), Govt. of Kerala, and Department of Industries & Commerce, Govt. of Kerala and streamlined the delivery of programs. I have also developed facilitators' Learning Circle (LC) to enhance program efficiency and to achieve set objectives.
