Key roles and responsibilities 1. Designing and facilitating professional development programs in early language and math (content, pedagogy, and perspective) for teachers, headteachers, master trainers and education functionaries by collaborating with the state education department. 2. Designing and implementing the school leadership and development programs for headteachers and education functionaries. 3. Designing and implementing school interventions to improve the pedagogical understanding of teachers and the learning level of students - focused on early literacy and numeracy. 4. Evaluating and monitoring the impact of an intervention and documenting case studies and best practices. 5. Collect, analyse and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data sets using context-appropriate tools and methods to track school, teacher and student progress with respect to the Program Intervention. 6. Communication and engagement - Managing organisation’s social media page and website, designing of bi-monthly magazine Thisaimaani, video editing, poster designing, and sharing stories of change from the field through various media platforms.
