At Colorado Breeder's Depot I work with a small team of hemp industry pioneers. While our owners and scientists research new hemp strains, farming practices and market trends, I manage communication between our team members, owners, partners and customers. I design and manage our company's CRM and I create the structure for our office and sales team.
Sunny Montoya's past jobs
At Echelon Property Management Group I had the opportunity to manage a leasing office serving a diverse community of renters in almost 300 different units. Mixing sales, administration, and customer service skills I was able to use Yardi and other CRM tools to reach out to future residents and guide customers through their renting experience. My tasks included customer follow ups; conducting tours; managing legal documents; scheduling outside vendors; and managing resident conflicts.
At Conam I had the opportunity to work with a team of other leasing agents to manage a community of 800 apartment units. Together we conducted property tours; managed new customers through our Yardi crm; hosted resident events; managed legal documents; and coordinated with outside vendors. As the only bilingual member of the team I had the opportunity to translate documents and conduct tours for our Spanish speaking residents as well.
I served a national guard unit on Buckley Airforce Base. After six months of basic training I managed the legal documents; promotions; transfers; and personal information for all of the soldiers in my unit. I also attended regular training for wartime readiness in my position maintaining skills for tracking personnel and equipment during a conflict situation.
At Montessori del Mundo I had the opportunity to design and manage the office of a new bilingual immersion charter school. Working from inside an unfinished building I introduced families, parents, and community members to our new school before the construction was completed. I attended festivals and events; conducted bilingual tours; translated presentations; enrolled students; and managed outside vendors. I organized interviews for our first team of teachers and I trained our first office staff in preparation for our first year.
