• Support Organization's growth strategy by exploring right opportunities. • Continuously map appropriate emerging opportunities that increase growth momentum substantially. • Continuously benchmark against industry leaders in India and Globally and prepare a road map for closing gaps through prioritized internal interventions • Analyze each customer order on dimensions of market (or domain) / customer / profitability / competition for its prima facie viability; accordingly, devise corrections to internal business processes to improve profitability without affecting revenue and competitiveness • Review the plan versus actual execution on periodical basis i.e. weekly basis for all the section. Conduct daily meeting with Departmental / Section heads and discuss new jobs and take inputs for suggestions on methods and new techniques. • Review the plan versus actual cycle of execution in line with target dates, along with variance /deviations with the Operation Head. • Organize special meetings to communicate the same with all Department / Sectional heads and enhance knowledge integration and improvements for future.
