In charge of the end to end process (customer service + operations) for import and export shipments in both modalities LCL and FCL for several international customers, including Caterpillar which is one of the top 3 most important accounts for DHL México. Main activities: -Daily programming and monitoring of shipments for various destinations such as Asia, Europe and South America. -Recovery, release, delivery and follow up of import shipments from origin departure until arrival to customer's plant. -Everyday direct contact with customers for follow up. -Contact and follow up with brokers in order to ensure a prompt customs clearance process and avoid setbacks as well as extra costs. -Direct contact with shipping lines in order to request bookings, quotes, documents, billing inquiries and follow up. -Contact with transportation lines in order to request pick up, billing inquiries, empty release of containers, port arrival and entrance maneuvers. -Daily status report for Caterpillar’s control tower, weekly billing reports, weekly brokerage payment reports, weekly forecast reports for the main accounts, monthly milestones & delays reports.

Process of pursuing to pay for the plant located in Brazil, HITACHI. Main Activities: -Direct contact fully in portuguese with Brazilian suppliers -Daily creation of batches for payments according to dates and suppliers -Purchase of foreign currency -Request of refunds and follow up -Daily payment reports -Customer service completely in portuguese
