I have extensive experience as a pet sitter from January 1992 – Present (21 years 7 months) Cross Lake Township, Maine. Some of the services I offer, but are not limited to, are: dog walking, feeding, outside potty breaks, cleaning up after the pets/kitty boxes included. I can administer meds (Sub-Q meds at designated times), supply treats, encourage pets through both physical and mental activity, as well as provide trips to vets/groomers/etc appointments (mileage reimbursement can be discussed). I know from experience that pets that are kept on schedule are happier and likewise, better well-adjusted. I can also provide basic grooming services, such as: brushing, bathing (which includes expressing anal glands if needed) and clipping nails (if appropriate tools are available). I can accommodate most client's needs, for example- avoiding main roads during dog walks as well as avoiding interaction with other animals or people if need be due to possible aggression or fear issues. I provide these services in my own home, provided the animals are acclimated to animal-friendly children ages 16 and 10. I also have pets of my own; a year and a half shepherd/Walker hound mix, Four yr old all Am. Mix, Two cats, Four carpet sharks (aka ferrets), and 10 chickens!
