Providing thought-partnership to families of wealth through personal attention and human spirit: Family Stewardship, Governance, Continuity, Philanthropy: • Plan and facilitate family meetings, guidance on stewardship and governance • Leadership succession planning advice and facilitation • Review family’s estate planning and suggest next steps in concert with family’s legal counsel, with special emphasis on generational wealth transfer • Philanthropic advice – Help develop a mission and vision statement, use family’s philanthropy as a next generation teaching tool, serve as director on foundation boards, facilitate generational transitioning of family foundations Coaching and Education: • Next generation coaching • Customize and present Next Generation education programs • Customize and present Women of Wealth/Mothers & Daughters education programs • Train multi-family office team members to work with families of wealth in specialized areas of Next Generation education, Women’s programming, Fiduciary Risk, estate planning, Stewardship, Succession, and Philanthropy. Managing Fiduciary Risk: • Serve on family advisory councils • Serve as independent trustee of family trusts • Advise trustees of family trusts on managing fiduciary responsibility and risk, and exercising discretion over distributions to beneficiaries
