Suzanne Hamilton

Established in 2004, Central Taillifts has grown into a company at the forefront of taillift engineering, with a large customer database throughout Scotland and Northern England. As agents for major taillift and door manufacturers, we provide customers with a tailored maintenance, service and repair package to suit their business requirements. We also offer a fully comprehensive hydraulic hose production facility. Suzanne has worked at Central Taillift Services since 2007 and has been heavily involved in the progression and business development of the company in that time. In particular Suzanne has been responsible for: - Brand development - the development of a complete new brand for the company, and development of new website and off- and on-line marketing strategies - Business plan and sales strategy development for new sales team - Specialising in tender contracts and submissions - Comprehensive database management and migration to ServiceLife bespoke system - Sole responsibility for ISO 9001 system management As General Manager, Suzanne's main objective is to provide performance/operational excellence and to assist all employees in delivering 100% performance for Central Taillifts' customers. Suzanne is highly motivated in her role, and is keen to develop her professional connections in the transport/logistics industries.
