Consulting works with leaders committed to transforming their work environment so the entire team can bring their authentic selves to the table, thereby increasing employee job satisfaction, maximizing creativity in problem solving, and preventing culturally insensitive missteps.  • Coach 11 senior leadership personnel and 15 board members through over 40 hours of Deep Dive DEI empathy coaching sessions equipping them with the skills to interrupt oppressive systems and habits. • Design and facilitate over 40 hours of Deep Dive DEI workshop style presentations for 14 different organizations reaching over 500+ participants working in nonprofit organizations, government offices, schools, summer camps, conservation organizations, and for-profit businesses. • Facilitate over 30 hours of group dialogue sessions for 4 different organizations focused on healing, empathy skill training, and team building. • Appear as a guest on 2 different podcasts including, The Dear White Woman Podcast, Western Educational Equity Assistance Center’s Queer Intersection’s Podcast. • Organize and facilitate The LGBTQ+ Family Summit providing access to gender and sexuality education for family and friends of LGBTQ+ youth.
