Review and update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws. Selecting the best transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution for customers. Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers. Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists. Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.

• Coordinate with global agents/associates and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), preparing presentations and monitoring sales leads and responses. • Developing and implementation of sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities. • Building strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value. • Facilitation of cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market. • Developing/ Maintaining of local/global customers. • Collaboration/ Cooperation with global agents • Developing new business with global agents/ customers • Afghan transportation & route development • Project Cargo Handling
