PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Advance LESATH Internationals’ mission by providing strategic vision and leadership; establish and execute the organization’s objectives and priorities while measuring the impact and results of those activities. - Work in partnership with the Board of Directors and the senior management team to ensure the short- and long-term fiscal health of the organization. - Ensure that the organization is fulfilling its mission to promote solutions, across the spectrum and throughout the life span for the needs of individuals and corporations; including government contracts. - Proactively approach government agencies and senior leaders as the “chief asker” to open doors / secure new business from corporate and government program partners. - Serve as the primary public policy spokesperson for LESATH International , e.g., speaking at national press conferences and local chapter events, participating in print and television interviews, and testifying before Congress. - Build, maintain, and energize relationships with key stakeholders, including senior members of government agencies, leaders of other -related organizations, and relevant health/military professionals. - Continue to develop, manage, diversify and motivate LESATH Internationals’ team, recruiting new talent as necessary. - Develop and execute on the organizations mission and system requirements, trajectory of programs and policy making while connecting humanity and space.

Interpretation of prescriptions written by ophthalmologists Screening and dilation of patients, testing visual acuity, medical conditions and prescription usages. Collection of eye measurements including corneal width and thickness Helping patients select eyeglass and lens treatments including tints and coatings Creating work orders for lab technicians to ensure delivery of the proper lenses Adjusting eyeglasses to ensure a proper fit Repairing broken frames Educating clients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care Keeping track of orders, prescriptions, and inventory

Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
