• Formulated weekly schedule for in-plant material for production usage and assured timely availability of imported strategic material based on historical consumption and requirements • Supervised excess and obsolete materials and monthly production plans, and delivered reporting milestones of project and orders to ensure on time completion through self-developed formats. • Organized hot list for shortage of material for schedule and devised appropriate action for follow up for deliveries. • Acted as a SAP Process Owner and generated hierarchy system in SAP for an order for factory as well as reassigned master data from old system on to SAP by operating in parallel with consultants.

Designed Master Scheduler as per customer requirement and accomplished project management of transformer ranging from 10 kVA up to first ever 160 MVA in Pakistan (1st ever 220 kV power transformer manufactured by SIEMENS Pakistan). Executed on time delivery of transformers, calculated annual production capacity, and controlled in-house vendors for retaining availability of various materials. Actively liaised with external vendors to estimate material requirement for non-standards transformer and assure outsourcing of parts for production. Headed prototype activities for various ranges of transformers, allocated projects resources, and managed production activities with supervisors for smooth production activities. Key Accomplishments • Arranged material as per monthly production plans for production and handled forecasting imported material with long lead times to assure interruption free production. • Examined cost and feasibility to outsource steel parts to reduce in house cost as well as planned effective material to operate on Zero LD for utilities order. • Utilized SAP software to assure production planning and execution of MRP and capacity requirement planning. • Conducted annual inventories and audit, reconciled material and hours, and presented reports regarding production planning and material to the management in a timely manner.
