HR Leader for Technology Director Promotion panel, a cross-functional global and company-wide advisory board of Technology SVPs and VPs for calibration of technical talent, succession planning, and leadership readiness.

Global HR Leader for the Seller Services organization supporting the Senior Vice President, 6 Vice Presidents and a scaling population of over 2000 employees for the following businesses: Amazon Marketplace, Merchants Technology, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Amazon Globally Selling, North America Sales, Technical Account Management (Seller Support), WebStore by Amazon and Transaction Risk Management Systems (TRMS). Responsible for HR initiatives, organizational development, and succession planning. Managed a team of Senior HR Business Partners in the US and Ireland. Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Leader for a team of 17 Recruiters, leading efforts focused on attracting talent for a high-growth business.

Program managed succession planning for Worldwide Operations Organizational Leadership Review, which incorporated aspects of leadership development, identification of early talent, coaching needs and successors for senior level executives.

Head of HR for Amazon.com Customer Service. Provided senior HR leadership, direction, and client support to the VP of Worldwide Customer Service, North America, Costa Rica, and India Customer Service locations, including HR and Recruitment functions for CS field locations and the Seattle-based CS headquarters. Partnered with the line, corporate senior leadership, and HR functions driving employee practices, compensation, organizational development, program development, staffing, leadership development, organizational design, coaching, and succession planning. Project managed HR functions for the start-up of the US and international locations including policy development, workforce planning, and leadership development. Set HR strategy and managed operational performance leading a team of 21 global HR and recruiting professionals. Delivered leadership direction and execution of network-wide fourth quarter holiday staffing requirements. Developed and implemented people strategy and initiatives that increased organizational effectiveness to ultimately deliver a great experience for Amazon’s customers.

Responsible for management of human resource activities for West Virginia, Georgia and Maine customer service contact centers, including: workforce planning, staffing, leadership development, training and employee relations throughout the region. Project managed the start-up of the West Virginia facility: coordinated the logistics and successfully recruited, hired, and directed the training and development of over 350 employees in seven months.
