IDIA stands for Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access to Legal Education. I was a part of the team (lead by Prof. Shamnad Basheer) which went for IDIA's first pilot project to Sikkim. I also helped in designing the IDIA aptitude test and in setting up the IDIA blog and website.
