Tatiana Nicolls

Tatiana is a Manager for Bendelta, specialising in the design and delivery of people and organisational development programs. Tatiana has over 10 years’ experience in partnering with organisations in Australia and the UK, across the non-for-profit, public (Commonwealth and State) and private sectors. She specialises in delivering bespoke initiatives, taking on a partnership style approach with clients to ensure their needs are met. Tatiana is also one of Bendelta’s social impact leads and a key driver of initiatives in this space both internally and with clients. Tatiana applies a variety of research backed approaches to the design of initiatives, with a particular passion for human centered design and the application of neuroscience. She also focuses on enhancing the user experience to ensure the voice of the user is heard and loves incorporating multi-modal aspects to make initiatives engaging. Tatiana started at Bendelta as a Project Coordinator in 2013, progressing to Consultant, Senior Consultant and currently Manager - a position she has held since July 2017.
