We provide social impact coaching & consultant services. Our mission is to empower individuals & organizations to build social capital, strengthen communities, and reimagine civic life. Our vision is to inspire every individual to belong and contribute to flourishing communities. We do this by providing frameworks, coaching, and support to individuals and organizations pursuing projects, developing areas of practice and building movements. Our services emphasize capacity-building and approach-framing in the foundational areas of strategy, advocacy, storytelling, and facilitation. Our goal is to support clients in effectively executing social impact projects and initiatives. Our customer focus areas are in community organizing efforts; civic, political and membership organizations; and military and defense innovation communities, organizations and spaces. We actively advocate for volunteerism, philanthropy, inclusion and cultural knowledge of people and places. We frame problems through an equity lens to maximize results, enhance impact, and ensure changemakers employ effective strategies and tactics. We promote greater participation and meaningful contribution by every individual in civic life, public or military service, and community, in all its forms.
