I'm leading the software engineering organisation at Oura. During my years Oura has grown a lot. We've sold over 1,000,00 rings while continuing to have an industry-leading user retention. We grew from a seed stage startup to a global company with over 400 employees and 2 billion dollar valuation. Software engineering alone grew from 2 engineers to over 100 software engineers. Thanks to the incredible founding team and all the amazing Ouranians we have been able to hire, we have built a meaningful product that has helped people to have a deeper understanding and ownership of their sleep and health.
