• Manage and rapidly scale three major transportation access programs, valued at over $18MM, by adapting Lyft and DoorDash's technologies and business service offerings. These nationwide programs enable 100K+ free rides and 1.5MM+ free deliveries annually to support the whole-person health of underserved populations in over 2,100 cities and towns. • Oversee programmatic, reporting, and fiscal management for over $3.5MM in annual grants for 85+ agencies; including building out-of-the-box toolkits and providing training to enable network and community nonprofit leads to localize, quickly prototype, and iterate upon to deliver high-quality customized coordinated care programs to over 50K people. • Convene strategic planning efforts to prioritize health equity through coalition building, fundraising, communications, and policy work. Generate content, manage data, and evaluate impact initiatives to complete donor reporting, measure and improve upon KPIs, and better provide service delivery to support client needs. • Organize 211 network engagement by promoting information and tools; coordinating and planning key meetings, events, and conferences; and managing the collection of data and information from the 211 network. • Support essential 211 internal and external communications, resources, web assets, including developing content and making changes to www.211.org.
