In the last months, we added 2 new services: ADEAS TRAINING is a fusion of two processes, the selection and training. After the selection phase – candidate search, candidate analysis, the match between person/position, report writing and reference check – and once the candidate is incorporated, the training begins in team management and leadership, which allows us to provide a solid ground for the new member’s successful integration within the team. EXCELLENCE ADEAS combines two processes: the selection and mentoring. After the selection phase (recruitment of candidates, analysis of applications , the fit of the candidate and the position, reporting and references) and once having incorporated the candidate, a mentor with executive expertise will be assigned. The mentor aims to improve and accelerate the leadership skills of the candidate, preparing him/her to face the most complex situations in the area of executive management and contributing towards the increase in the competitiveness of the company.
