Heifer Impact Capital is a global impact private investor focused on pro-poor wealth creation. Using a variety of investment products and vehicles to generate impact and positive financial returns, it provides affordable investment capital to farmers, cooperatives and other value chain actors supported by Heifer International. • Lead a global team of investment professionals with responsibility to reduce poverty through impact investment into the communities we operate across Asia, Africa, Latin America and the United States. Responsibilities include full P&L management, strategy development and implementation, global partnerships, staffing and overall leadership of the investment portfolio for Heifer Impact Capital. • Serve as senior member of the CEO’s Leadership Cabinet and Senior Management Team overseeing strategic management of Heifer International's global operations. This includes participation and presentation at board level. • Manage a global team of investment professionals and lead the overall management of Heifer Impact Capital which includes strategy, P&L management, business development, relationship development and investment management. • Work with team on training and guiding senior and junior level team members to reach goals and objectives for the organization and as part of individual career growth. • Lead the development of prospective investors. Lead new business, structure funds around these ideas, fundraise and invest the same collaboratively with the team. • Lead and supervise fund processes, including due-diligence, financial analysis and deal structuring. • Collaborate and manage with team of experienced investors, including DFI's, Foundations, Donors, Family offices, etc. in seeking to optimize financial, social and environmental outcomes while scaling up investment globally in the agriculture sector, clean energy and financial access in developing economies.
